The Nottingham Hoods are delighted to welcome Nottingham born Josh Guddemi back to his hometown with the Hoods.
The 6’7 England u16 forward returns to Nottingham from local rivals Derby Trailblazers where he excelled as a junior and helped them to a 4th place finish last year, averaging 11.6ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.4apg in just 19 minutes per game.
Guddemi attended NCAA Div 2 side New Haven from 2012-2016 before spending 4 years in Europe with German and Italian sides prior to returning to the Trailblazers.

Upon his return to his hometown, Josh commented, “Playing for Hoods has always been an interest of mine. I can’t wait to represent my hometown and go to battle with the guys we have this year. We’re going to be a team to watch.”
Head Coach Ben Stanley added, “It’s great to have Josh on board with the Hoods finally. The club has been keen on having him back for a while, and as a local guy with international experience he’s a great example to our youngsters. His versatility and knowledge will have a big impact.”
