Hoods add American Bailey

The Nottingham Hoods are delighted to announce the addition of Pennsylvanian native, Logan Bailey from the University of Scranton.

Like Vickers, the 6’4 guard will continue his studies with our partner Nottingham Trent University as well as forming a key part of the backcourt for the Hoods. The versatile guard averaged 13.3ppg, 7.8rpg, 3.8apg and 3.7spg on his way to Player of the Year in his senior year and a 3rd team All-State selection to add to his previous two All-Region selections by the The Times-Tribune.

Bailey comes from a basketball family with his father, Todd Bailey, on the University’s Wall of Fame and part of the Washington Generals – the famous long-time opponents of the Harlem Globetrotters.

Logan commented, “I am very excited to be joining the Hoods for the next step in my basketball career. The club has been extremely welcoming and I can’t wait to get on the court in Nottingham this September.”

Head Coach Ben Stanley added, “I’m very much looking forward to seeing Logan’s versatility and motor in action. He’s another guy that can play 3 positions at both ends and plays the full 92 feet. He’s got a great basketball pedigree and will be a big asset this year.”
