Division 1 Home Debut for Hoods

Nottingham will have its first taste of Division 1 basketball since 2005 on Saturday as the Nottingham McDonald’s Hoods return to the Wildcats Arena for the 2nd Group game of the National Trophy at 6.30pm.

It is the first game of a tough double-header weekend, taking on the long-established Leicester Warriors on Saturday night at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, NG3 7EB, before the daunting task of last year’s Division 1 Champions Loughborough Riders on Sunday. With one win already under their belt in the competition, a perfect weekend would see the Hoods qualify for the knockout stages. Tickets for Saturday’s game are £5 for adults and £2.50 for Juniors/NUS.
