After over a month on the road, the Nottingham McDonald’s Hoods finally return home for a tough tie against current Division 1 Play-off Champions, Worthing Thunder on Sunday, 1.30pm at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, NG3 7EB.
The two teams have never played each other, but Thunder are sitting 2nd in Division 1 at the moment after just one loss so far this season. The Hoods will be confident going into the game though following an incredible win last weekend at Derby Trailblazers, where Watts, Powell and Welle were on fire. If they can replicate that form at home on Sunday and limit Thunder’s Zaire Taylor, they have every chance of another upset.
