Led by Coach Austin Grant, the Hoods Junior Girls had their first game at Gateway College on Sunday 3rd April.
The triangular tournament, with teams from Leicester and Lincoln as well, gave beginners and those not currently national league a chance to play competitive basketball. The Hoods split their games, defeating Lincoln 28-20, but going down to Leicester 32-18.
